"For the first trip to Manchester the vehicle we got was not up to the mark. It was not a MPV or even close to Mercedes Vito. It barely had any windows or air conditioning and we faced a lot of issues on the way.
There was no vehicle details shared till the night before the trip and when I called someone confirmed the details. The guy who came said your driver had cancelled and he was called last minute. Just expected a better vehicle. The journey to Cambridge was much better."
